This original Scots Pine one block linocut print is handmade and handprinted by us onto 50% cotton professional printmakers paper.
 
The tree was originally hand-drawn in pen before being transferred onto a lino block. This was then carved for roughly 50 hours and finally printed in eco-friendly black ink. 
 
The nature of linocut printmaking means that every print is subtly unique, with small variations that reflect the hand of the maker and the physical process of printing. This gives each piece its own character and sense of individuality. Printed in small batches, these works reflect a commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and a slower approach to making.
